A beautiful house on bad footings is a bad house. We come from excavation and concrete, so grading, drainage, footings, and slabs are handled by our own crew before framing ever starts. That is the part most builders sub out and hope for the best.
From there we run a structured process: permits, plans, trade scheduling, inspections, and a weekly update so you always know where the money and the schedule stand.

Do you build from my plans or provide design?
Both. Bring your architect's plans or let us connect you with a designer we trust. Either way, we review for constructability and cost before you commit.
How do you keep the budget from drifting?
Itemized proposals, written change orders before any extra work, and a weekly update. You never find out about a cost after the fact.
Are you licensed for residential construction in Tennessee?
Yes. Black Sheep Construction LLC holds Tennessee General Contractor license BC83591 and is bonded and insured.
