Black Sheep is a licensed Tennessee general contractor (License BC83591) providing custom pools, residential construction, concrete, excavation and demolition, and outdoor living construction in Knoxville and East Tennessee. Information on this website is general in nature. Pricing, scope, and schedule for any project are established only in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.

Estimates and consultations

Consultations and estimates are provided at no charge and no obligation. An estimate is not a contract. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, material selections, permitting, and scope changes, and any change will be documented in a written change order before additional work is performed.

SMS and text messaging program

By checking the consent box on a form or by texting our business number, you agree to receive text messages from Black Sheep related to your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, project updates, and customer service. Message frequency varies by project. Message and data rates may apply.
