How long does a pool build take?
Most in-ground pools take 8 to 14 weeks from breaking ground to first swim. Permitting, weather, and deck size are the main variables. You get a dated timeline in your proposal.
Fiberglass or vinyl: which is right for me?
Fiberglass installs faster, needs less maintenance, and has fixed shapes and sizes. Vinyl gives more freedom on shape and depth at a lower upfront cost with a liner that is replaced every 10 to 15 years. We walk through both at your consult.
Can you build on a sloped lot?
Yes. Slope lots are where our excavation background pays off. We plan retaining walls, drainage, and access as part of the design, not as an afterthought.
Do you build the pool deck and patio too?
Yes. Concrete is one of our core trades, so the deck, coping, and any surrounding patio or walkways are poured by the same crew.
